Refining Power through Mobility TEST

Bespoke Recovery Plans for Peak Performance Potential

Equine massage therapy is beneficial for horses of all ages, disciplines and workloads - from happy hackers to racehorses. Just like people, horses can develop muscle tension, soreness and areas of tightness through exercise, repetitive movement, changes in workload, age or simply compensating for other areas of discomfort.

Massage therapy helps to improve circulation, increase flexibility, reduce muscular tension and encourage relaxation, allowing your horse to move more freely and comfortably. Regular treatments can support performance, aid recovery after exercise, maintain muscle health and contribute to your horses overall wellbeing.

Passion Behind Every Treatment

Horses have been at the heart of my life for as long as I can remember. I began riding at just 2 years old, fortunate enough to have my own pony from the age of 10, giving me a lifetime of hands-on experience in horse care, management and performance.

Over the years, I have been extremely lucky to work across a wide range of disciplines, including carriage horses, hunting yards, eventing yards, and most extensively, within the racing industry, where I have over 16 years of experience.

Working with horses of all breeds, ages and abilities has given me a thorough understanding of how different workloads, training programme and lifestyles can affect the equine body.

My passion for equine sports massage developed from wanting to help horses feel and perform at their very best.
